Watsu® Round

 Watsu ® Round é:

watsu-onda Therapy
watsu-onda Bodywork
watsu-onda Personal growth
watsu-onda Community

Watsu ® Round was developed over the years in the watsu ® classes, as the best way to introduce the basic moves for beginners as it is performed in trios, where there are three different rolls: offer, giver and receiver. The three participants alternate with each other to experience all different positions.

Watsu ® Round is a celebration of Union.

It happens in warm water, around 35° c.

The one who receives the session is continuously supported and floating, by the water and the arms of who offers, being upheld, elongated and carried by the currents . Quiet movements alternate with rhythmic movements to release the body in ways not achievable when practiced on the ground. Hot water dissolves the tension of the muscles, which relaxes the mind and soothes the soul. These benefits are experienced by those who offer, those who give, and even more for those who receive, as they are receiving from two people.

These benefits are produced in both, the giver and the receiver. These are four main points that should be present at a session of Watsu ® Round
