OBA® Basic

OBA ® Basic is an aquatic mode of body work offered in a pool of warm water (ideally 35° C). During the course of 15 hours, the student will have a basic introduction to watsu ® movements in conjunction with underwater movements (with a nose clip), which offers a unique experience. In this intensive course, the student will practice techniques and basic qualities as; presence, stillness, movement and attention with their being, and moving the other body in the water. You will experience how to float people on the surface and underwater, thus creating space to relax deeply and nourishing the body, mind and spirit. The participants of this course enjoy the space of the group, which often promotes nutritious, deep and meaningful connections. This basic introduction course will allow you to share these movements and moments with your family and friends, arousing a new way of being with each other, and with yourself.
