In this introductory course of 16 hours, we’re going to learn the basic moves of Watsu ®. Learn how to relax your body in water, creating a relationship with the element, notice your breath in a deep level.
The student will learn to follow the series of movements and to appreciate profound stillness.
This basic introduction course allows the student to share these movements and moments with their family and friends, arousing a new way of being with each other, and with oneself.
